Senior Civil Engineer

For the Senior Civil Engineer position, we are seeking individuals with a valid Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or an equivalent qualification. Sales and Documentation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Documentation Coordinator, your key responsibilities include preparing and drafting official documents such as Purchase Agreements, Contracts to Sell, and Deeds of Absolute Sale, among others, as required. You'll be responsible for meticulously checking the accuracy of contracts against client-submitted data and payment schedules. Additionally, you'll maintain a systematic record-keeping system, ensuring approved contract drafts are appropriately filed and accessible. Managing client documentation, both in hard and soft copies, is vital. You'll also ensure that all buyer-submitted documents comply with the company and external financial institutions' standards. Delivering exceptional customer service to brokers, agents, and buyers, whether through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, is crucial. Moreover, you'll develop, update, and maintain statistics on buyer profiles and financing, essential for market assessment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales documentation and administration within the real estate industry.
